18 years of overall experience in Mental Health/Health Care field, with 12 years of extensive experience in quality and operational processes and systems with L.A.D.D., Inc. Several positions held throughout the course of employment gaining knowledge of quality assurance related polices and procedures at each level, most recently 3+ years at a Director Level. Understanding of CARF accreditation and contract agency requirements.
Responsible for coordination of all services and resources in their region including supervising and directing employees as well as the care of the persons served/supported.
Responsible to supervise and support multiple managers and locations as defined by their assigned area/region coordinating aspects of quality assurance and human resource management. Area Supervisors work independently to direct and assist managers in the following areas; budgeting; auditing; quality assurance; safety and health; personnel management; public relations; government relations; administration; legal and regulatory compliance; and similar activities. Area Supervisor completes quality checks of the service area in conjunction with QA Dept. Coordinates employee services in a given area including interviewing, hiring, transferring, FMLA, Workers Comp., sensitive HR issues and ongoing communication with employees. Certified Trainer for company and responsible for additional training, coaching and mentoring of staff as needed. Area Supervisor is expected to understand, train and function as a manager in an extended absence. Problem solving with Manager regarding issues related to their program and assisting in connecting services and resources as needed outside of day-to-day operations.

PCT-Responsible for following the Individual Plans of Service/Person Centered Plans (PCP) to support the care and recovery of the people who have chosen L.A.D.D., Inc. to provide staffing services.
Assistant Manager-Supports people who have chosen LADD, Inc. to provide services. Such as; eating, menu and meal planning, medical care and coordination, PCP documentation, community activities, personal spending and choice, while establishing a safe environment where the individual can be empowered to develop relationships with in the home and the community and allow the people to experience opportunities for self-determination and independence. Worked closely with the Manager to ensure support services are occurring in line with the Mission Vision and Values of LADD, Inc.
