Responsible for performing intermediate duties and support related to regulatory compliance activities.
Point of contact for Mortgage Loan Originator's (MLO) licensing questions including but not limited to pre-licensure & continuing education, MLO state specific licensing requirements & renewal.
Request and track MLO continuing education.
Guide new MLOs upon hire with license transfer process.
Create Excel spreadsheets for the purpose of tracking and maintaining MLO licensing process and social media reviews.
Create flowcharts pertaining to the MLO licensing and social media review processes.
Notify all MLOs of license renewal requirements & follow up to ensure compliance.
Responsible for administration duties required to complete various tasks assigned within the compliance department.
Maintain strict confidentiality and use appropriate discretion regarding confidential communications & information knowing when to escalate.
Provide weekly reports regarding status of licensing & social media compliance.
Responsible for social media compliance for all licensed employees.
Conduct and administrate all social media compliance reviews.
Follow up with MLOs regarding their social media compliance review and ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
Update DFI state licenses on a monthly basis.
Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise.
Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks; running errands.
Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
