  • Manages the development of tools within database functions to support the moves management of donors and reporting efforts of Y-USA's fundraising team.
  • Manages donor pipelines with effective data systems for identification, cultivation, and solicitation; manage summary and analytical reports to monitor fundraising activity – advising and supporting on the creation and use of reports; manages the development and design of standard and custom reports.
  • Manages the creation and standardization/documentation of RE usage policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, ease of use, and accuracy of extracted data.
  • Manages the production of documents, including RE reports, and data-visualized presentations to report contributed revenue to organizational leadership utilizing Smartsheet, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Manages list production to support donor and prospective donor communication, including the design and deployment efficient data validation tactics for list accuracy.
  • Optimizes the use of the RE/NXT by staying current on upcoming enhancements to functionality and guiding staff in the appropriate use of the existing functionality.
  • Identifies new segments of the donor database and recommends and manages QA testing. Segments lists, coordinates logistics, and tracks results and metrics including retention and acquisition rates.
  • Manages online giving systems and interfaces and the back-end of peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns; optimize organizational responsive to unplanned and specialized campaigns, such as disaster relief response and memorial campaigns.
