Summary

I am Jessica Claire. I am a high school graduate with a natural pull towards STEM fields. I have experience working with computer systems and troubleshooting, but I chose to work at a theatre because I love movies and I can work with a team on a daily basis in order to deliver a memorable experience to many customers. I have always shown a drive for working and contributing more at the job to not only help out but also to help me reach personal goals. After being promoted to a team lead after only 3 months of experience, I led a team of floor staff on a daily basis. This includes training and teaching, as well as building friendly and professional relationships with the team. Although it may not always be possible to keep an employee or a guest happy, I always am sure to remember that I represent the company and that my actions will reflect not only on myself but the company as well. My duties as a team lead include all of them as a floor staff member, in addition to supervising and managing them in order to keep the building looking nice and functioning smoothly and properly. Working here has also built a larger interest in movies and film for me. I would like to continue in the same company and begin pursuing the electronic and computer fields I have always wanted to, so I can work with technology and be involved in the film/entertainment industry. I am seeking to ascend into the corporate level to advance my career.
