At philidor pharmacy i preformed many tasks. As an inbound call agent i recieve inbound calls somewhere between 30 or more calls a day. I preformed general intakes and refills on a daily basis. I would gather patients general demographics, such as home address, date of birth, etc while still staying within HPIAA guidelines i would then receive all insurance information from patient, then process the prescription while receiving payment.
