James is an Ergonomic Coordinator who has developed and managed an ergonomics program for a 700 employee meat processing facility in Nebraska City, Nebraska. He is seeking a position with additional responsibility in order to get hands on with all aspects of health and safety. In order to smooth the transition he has taken on the responsibility of leading his plant\'s Safety Team, Continuous Improvement Team, Behavior Based Safety and Joint Ergonomic Team. He also is a Certified Safety Specialist through Cargill, holds an OSHA 30 hour construction safety certification and is an active member of the Hazmat and Serious Injury and Fatality Identification Team. James will hold the Associate Safety Professional certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals after the scheduled exam date in December 2016.
