Friendly. Fast learner. Capable of maintaining composure when under pressure. Offering 28 years of experience in providing patrons with superior service. Weather it be manufacturing or bartender. My only drawback now is I am not 25 anymore. I am going to be honest on here. I am 68 and living on SS and Pension, which definitely is not enough. Looking for a job that does not require a lot of heavy lifting, that is why I prefer to sit and answer phones and run errands for office if possible. I realize this is probably not going to go good for me as far as getting a job of my choice, but I have to try.
Had 6 weeks of class performing mock phone calls to customers in classroom. Also had to do a slide show on what we learned in class. After which, went out into the plant and started taking calls for AT&T. Problem solving, upgraded to Quality and then to a teaching position in the classroom on procedures on how to properly take calls on the floor.
I love St. Louis Cardinals, when giving the opportunity to go watch I never turn it down. I watch every game on TV or in ST Louis.
