  • Soley designed and implemented a Wellness Program to integrate patients from departments within our organization to our fitness center to improve their overall wellness.

  • The program started with integrating patients from our Outpatient Physical Therapy departments. After the first year, we added additional departments due to word of mouth which included Cardiac Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, Bariatrics, Home Health Care, Health Coaching, Bone Clinic and the Clinical Care Team.
  • Meet and exceeded all goals which consisted of converting at least 90% of referrals to active members, maintaining at least 80% active for 60 days, 4.5 out of 5 star customer rating, and increase revenue by 1.5%. We started with an average of 10 patients at each facility per month (4 facilities) and within a year increased to an average of 100 patients per facility. Our revenue increased from an average of $1,000/month to $44,000/month within 3 years.
