I am a mother of three brilliant children. Two of my children cope with special needs which is what lead me to "caregiving" and "customer service" type positions. My son has an Unspecified Schizoaffective Disorder and ADHD and my youngest daughter has Trichotillomania which has caused an unusually high pain tolerance and she has an undiagnosed anxiety condition. Learning how to be the best mother I can be for them opened the door for so many other opportunities to assist others with unique conditions, diagnoses, or circumstances.

I pride myself in my ability to deescalate nearly any situation. I am able to showcase exemplary patience and empathy to be able to see past the confrontational nature of a person. I actively listen to each person I communicate with to be able to accurately identify their problems and reach a resolution.

If I do not have an answer for a problem, I have no issue educating myself even after office hours. I have a natural drive to expand my knowledge of whatever task I have at hand to be able to be the best at what it is I am doing.
