I'm goal-oriented and energetic when I teach my fitness classes while motivating participants with enthusiasm, engagement and encouragement. I consider myself a motivated Fitness Instructor and Ill be helping clients at all fitness levels get into the best shape of their lives. Doesn't matter how long it will take as long as they make it to the finish line! I strongly believe health is a conscious lifestyle choice necessary for longevity and happiness. I've been in that situation of unhappiness and I never want to be there again. Thats when I began to lift weights and oh boy have I come a long way.With the results that I see and other see in me I decided designing enjoyable, effective workouts that can be easily modified to meet individual needs or limitations. I like to introduce clients to the latest exercise methods with enthusiasm. Its all about how you word it that will make them want to try the new thing.
Will start to teach class May 2016. Will start teaching in the Fall. Until then Ill be subbing but my goal will be to recruit an average of 5-8 new participants each month.
