•Observed the children at Lois T. Murray Elementary where I was able to see their routine in the activity class. Also how the school was set up and the things the teachers did to get the children involved.

•At my High School in my senior year I had the privilege of working with the disability department to get the kids ready for a Special Olympics track meet. I taught them the different throwing events which were shot put and javelin.

•At the Forestville Health and Rehabilitation center where I helped with elderly disabled. I was the person in charge of activities like passing around a ball in order to keep them mobile and give their muscles exercise. I also distributed mail and their hygiene products to them.

•At Gwynn park High School in Prince George County I went through class room speaking to kids with my fraternity gearing them toward life after college.

•I have volunteered in a program called sleep out for the homeless where we collect can good and clothes to give to shelters.
