Worked for 10 years in a Medical Surgical Floor and eventually promoted to Unit Manager for 2 years in the Philippines. I moved my family to the US and decided to be a full time mom while my husband is the breadwinner. 4 years has passed and i decided to go back and work again in the medical field. I got accepted as a Resident Care Aid while i worked on my RN license. I enjoyed my work at the Highlands irregardless of my position, working with the elderly population is my passion and strength because they remind me of my own parents. 5 years has passed and finally decided to pursue my RN license and got promoted to Wellness Advisor RN at The Highlands.
