OneLink is about improving the business infrastructure for Kaiser Permanente. It is a national initiative that will transform the way Kaiser manages the financial and supply chain information.
The project involves in providing services to Kaiser for support and maintenance of the Chart Translation tools that translates the data in the NCOA (New Chart of Accounts) from the Legacy remediate application to the OneLink PeopleSoft Financials Application.

It is a tool for automating deployment process within JPMC.

The Claims Work Flow Management
- Claims – Work Flow Management – Automate Initial Claims Assignment project had been initiated to aim at complete re-engineering of the work flow in the claims process of insurance. This project particularly aims at automating assignment of work to the member service representatives and replacing the existing manual system. The new system supports all the business processes that the current system supports and any new identified innovations. The system aims at the following activities:
•Managers can automatically assign/re-assign claims.
•Managers can automatically handle work load balancing.
•Provides a foundation for claims work flow management.
•Efficient monitoring of claim handling by a user friendly web based tool.
•Achieving cost efficiencies by eliminating manual steps which results in increased cost and time.

The basic function of the USSOCCER site is to provide access to news and announcements from U.S. Soccer. It also provides information pages about U.S. Soccer and programs, bylaws & policies, minutes from meetings, information on affiliated organizations, executives, job listings, player and coach biographies, etc.
For this information should be able to be posted, archived and organized by different classifications to be accessible, searchable and sort able via multiple areas of the site. Thus the USSOCCER CMS provides a mean to manage the contents of the USSOCCER website.
The Servista is a CRM project which provides the functionality to manage work queues and e-mail.
Servista ContactQ (Epiphany) is a work queue system used by Call Centre CSAs to communicate with customers. The Servista ContactQ system comprises of Servista and Epiphany code sitting on separate databases. The two databases communicate via a DB-link. On the Servista side, the main piece of code for managing data flows across this DB-link is the ServCRM package in the Servista database schema. Servista has implemented a number of bespoke processes in regard to Servista ContactQ & Epiphany like "CRM Refresh" which moves Customers data (i.e. Requests, Complaints, Contacts etc.) from ServistaContact to ServistaContactQ (Epiphany) and various PL/SQL procedures to create work queue items on ServistaContactQ.
This system has two modules namely,
1. Human Resource Management System. This captures details pertaining to HR Operations in an Organization. The details includes Organization details, Employee details, Time and Attendance Details, Leave Details, Training details, Loan Details, Claims and Reimbursement Details etc..
2. Pay Roll Management System. Using the details mentioned in HR module the pay slip calculations are made for Employee based on the constrains and validations followed by the Organization.
The Project is to design a web page that displays the Daily Important News Headlines of a Concern. The Page displays the Current Dates News Headlines, On clicking the headlines the User will be enabled to view the detailed story of the News.
Apart from this the User has a option to select News of his choice from the NEWS ARCHIEVE. The search can be daily, Monthly, Weekly, Periodically etc. These were done using a SQL Database table that stores the News & JSP that displays the News in desired format.
