Project Management Coursework: The Alliance prototype
project was a simulation of being a project manager for a project where we had
to plan, execute, monitor and control as well as close the project. It included
planning and managing the budget as well as the resources (Staff). Grading was
on completing the project on time (12weeks) and on budget (+/- 3% of $50,000)
of which my team came in between 1%-2% of the budget. Simulations do not give
the exact conditions of real life events but it gave me a better understanding
of managing projects.

business plan working with a team of colleagues to provide SWOT Analysis,
Strategic Planning, Strategic Positioning and Business Capture, Business
