KPI REPORTING SYSTEM – PHASE 4
During this phase, system enhancements are raised in the form of SCRs (System Change Request). Some of the major enhancements are Client Setup file upload, Auto file upload, KPI housekeeping. With Client setup file upload functionality, the 7 step setup flow is improved to a single step work flow. Thus the admin user can setup new clients by simply uploading the template file, instead of navigating through multiple screens. The Auto file upload functionality helps the user to upload raw data files by just placing in the shared directory without waiting, which will be directly picked by the application and loads into database in batch mode. The file upload status can be checked in the screen at any time. The KPI housekeeping component removes the old data from the system automatically every month. The details like expiry period, data type and timing, are all can be configured.
SCR analysis, FSD preparation, Design, Development, Unit testing, Code review, System testing, UAT support and Customer communication
KPI REPORTING SYSTEM – PHASE 3
In this project, new KPIs like Performance reporting, Technology Availability, Technology Client Service, Corporate Actions, FX and Cash Management are implemented. It also involves the development of new features as "Export MIS Extract File", "Centralized Manual Entry" and "Manual Import". Export MIS Extract file feature is used to generate the MIS Extract file with the Performance reporting datapoints. With Centralized Manual Entry screen, the user can update the datapoint values of Technology Availability KPI for all the mapped Clients. Manual Import screen helps the user to import the remedy data for the selected period. This screen also provides option to view the imported data in excel file.
FSD preparation, Design, Development, Unit testing, Code review, System testing and UAT support.
KPI REPORTING SYSTEM – PHASE 2B
This project involves the implementation of new KPIs namely Client Service KPI and Investment Accounting KPI. Client Service KPI provides a measure about the responsiveness of the client organization towards the requests from institutional investors and Investment accounting KPI gives details on accounting of Investment transactions. Both the KPIs fetches data from external database and datapoints are calculated based on that. A new feature called AMACES PROBE File Export is also included as part of this phase. AMACES and PROBE files are specific reports targeted at certain investment service providers. The user can export the AMACES PROBE excel file for the selected client and period.
Low level design, Development, Unit testing, Code review, System testing and UAT support.
KPI REPORTING SYSTEM – PHASE 2
In this project, new datapoints are added to the existing KPI reporting framework. In addition to these datapoints, new functionalities such as "Upload CSV file" and "Export Breakdown report" are implemented as part of this project. The new datapoints are added and calculated for the Income & Tax, Transaction and Trade processing KPIs (Key Performance Indicator). The raw data is imported from FDR and STPD external databases and also uploaded from Fail rate, Fail reason and GTRS CSV files with "Upload CSV file" functionality. The raw data is then normalized and data points are calculated from the normalized data using Batch process. User can view the calculated datapoint values and also the raw and normalized data with detailed data grid functionality. Breakdown report provides statistics based on Investment Manager, Broker and Fail reason etc. With "Export Breakdown report" feature, User can then generate full and restricted breakdown reports from the normalized data.
Low level design, Development, Unit testing, Code review, System testing and UAT support.
