I am an experienced Maintenance and Quality Technician offering over 20 years of experience in equipment maintenance, quality assurance, structural and mechanical repair, and production control operations. I have formal training in Management, Supervision and leadership of personnel and company assets. My experience and personality enable me to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers alike, promoting teamwork and quality customer relations. As a twenty year plus veteran in today's modern Air Force I was formally trained in the art of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting from mechanical actuators, linkage rigging pneumatic and hydraulic systems MUX commination lines to software problem solving. I also earned an instructors medal while attending one of the Air Forces senior leadership, and supervisor academy. I gained 4 years' experience in the realm of quality assurance.
