My passion for dealing with and helping people to achieve a better condition of health led me to pursue a nursing career. I completed my RN in 1996, and after working for a few years, my love of education drove me to pursue my BSN from 2010 to 2012. For the past 25 years as a nurse, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including nursing homes, kidney/liver transplant, neurology and neurosurgery, psychiatry for both children and adults, and drug and alcohol addiction rehab.
