Working at Woodland Oaks I take care of long term residents and residents that is there for rehab. In this field of work I make sure the residents are taking care of and make sure they have everything they need. I make sure the residents are bathed, changed or taken to the bathroom, dressed, make sure their beds are clean and made, I help clean rooms and feed if they need assistance. I'm not just there to help in a physically way but also I'm there emotionally too. If they need someone to talk to I'm there to listen to them and make sure they are alright. When I take care of rehab residents it is a little different. They are only there to receive therapy. During their stay I make sure they are taking care and make sure they have what they need. I help them bathe, get dressed, toileted. I also make sure they are going to therapy and staying on top of everything.

05/2010 to 05/2011 Cashier Wendys | City, STATE, I took customer's orders, I made sure the dining room was clean and all the condiments were stocked. I also worked in the drive threw taking customer's orders and bagging their food and giving them their drink. I would also work on sandwich line preparing sandwiches, salads, potatoes. I worked on the grill which the duties included putting the burgers on grill, putting potatoes in the oven, bacon in the oven and chicken in the fryers.
08/2016 to Current SRNA/CMT Trinity Station Retirement Community | City, STATE,

Currently working at Trinity Station Retirement Community I am working as a CMT.  CMT stands for Certified Medication Technician.  Working as a CMT, I prepare and make sure the residents get their medication on time.  I also order their medication over the phone and make sure every resident has all their medication so they don't run out.  I also help my co workers with anything they need like answering call lights, feeding and sometimes if short handed I work the floor as an SRNA.

I was chosen at my job to go to school for CMT.  While in class I learned about different medications.  I also learned about  route administrations, adverse reactions, what medications can't be combined and always stay within compliance. 

Community Service
While in High School, I volunteered at Woodland Oaks in the activity department. I would play games with residents like bingo, kickball, cards and other games. I made sure they always had something to do. I would also go to their rooms if they weren't able to come down to participate in the game.

I'm very good at working on a computer.  In school I had many computer classes.
