Ball Room dancing is a true passion of mine, I started my dance journey 5 years ago. I enrolled in lessons with the very popular dance studio, Arthur Murray. I have trained in 6 styles of dance, my favorite, foxtrot and the hustle. Dancing keeps me healthy and makes me smile every time I hit the dance floor. I have also met an amazing group of people which has now extend the friendship into our very own "dance family".
Ball room dancing is so much more than dancing, it is a technique or style that can be implemented in everyday life or work situation. In order to dance you must learn the basics steps, then add to what you know and then begin your dance. In life or in work we encounter challenges or obstacles and we are empowered to embrace how we will move forward. We have the opprtunity to create our own style of "dance" by creating our basic steps on how or what we are going to do i.e. what is the problem or concern, What can be done and how to move forward. Shall we dance?
