  • PM knowledge of HVAC system in replacing filters, belts, fans, motors and bearings.
  • Fire panel operations involving logging in, logging out, disabling/enabling devices making announcements, etc. Knowledge in replacing pull stations, smoke heads and relays. Experience in diagnosing open circuits and ground faults.
  • Attend meetings on a regular basis with supervisor, property managers and leasing agents.
  • Help with budget, pricing and scheduling of outsourced jobs. Organize and plan for work that may interfere with customers.
  • Participate in rotational on call schedule. Work overtime or change schedule to get jobs done that cannot by completed during the day with customers present.
  • Participate in yearly safety training. Always work in a safely manner, following OSHA guidelines. Familiar with lock out/tag out procedure.
