Prepare Patient for surgery. obtaining informed consent from patients. Make sure that patient adhere to NPO status. Obtain information on patients allergies. Initiate IV and hang fluids per facility protocol. Obtain a baseline vital signs and report any abnormalities to the Anesthesiologist.
