I have been in my current position for over ten years. I enjoy the diversity and challenges of my job as a perinatal RN. I did leave Meriter briefly to work as a travel nurse in Labor and Delivery. My travel nursing experience strengthened my confidence in my skills and my ability to adapt to new environments quickly. In addition to a perinatal focus, I have worked a year of medical/surgical nursing, two summers as a nurse at a camp for diabetic children, and six months at a nursing home.
