Manage staff on unit of 10 LDR, 4 triage beds, and 2 ORs. We do 90-130 deliveries a month. I handle schedules of staff, just in time education of staff, orientation of new employees, charge of unit. Assit physicians with scheduling of inductions and cesarean sections. Remain bed side nurse providing care to pregnant women and their families during their antepartum, labor and delivery, and immediate post partum experiences in a hospital that practices couplet care. Run 4 bed triage unit.
