  • Fiscal responsibility for 2 cost centers with a combined annual budget of $78,258,751 (gross operating revenue) and expenses of $17,392,04
  • Led and facilitated the division of the combined PICU/CTICU to develop separate uni3ts and staff
  • Achieved over 1150 days without a CLA-BSI (catheter associated blood stream infection)
  • Currently 390 days without a CA-UTI (catheter associated urinary tract infection)
  • Facilitated the unit design team for current PICU space
  • Reduced PICU RN turnover by 50%
