Netcool Service Assurance system is an application that is responsible for performing service assurance on NF’s and Platform (Openstack/Openshift) based on FM/PM data received. This application serves as an active and available inventory for VZ ONAP orchestration

  • Responsible for Design/Architecture of Netcool components and integration with other interfacing systems
  • Lead onboarding of 80+ NF in application topology. Created scheduled based bulk load and Kafka listener to capture delta in inventory
  • Lead platform integration of 200+ Openstack VIMs and Web scale
  • Lead team for integrating FM/PM for both NF’s and Platform inventory
  • Lead team in identifying 4+ scenarios for automating entire fault handling mechanism based on alarms received (Like reboot NF’s in case of failure … etc.)
