Hello I'm David MacLean. I have nearly 2 years hands on experience at setting up and running Cincinnati's press brake machines. I worked on the 90,135 and the 175 ton press brakes. I have worked with the older "green screen" Cincinnati's as well as the human interface press brakes with the 5 and 6 axis robotic back gages. I'm very fast with program entry on both types of Cincinnati press brakes. I have reached a level in my work life to feel confident enough and well trained enough, to take on any setup and run the parts to .005+or- tolerance. I started Precision Sheet Metal and shop math at Anoka technical college in the winter of 2013. In five months I graduated the 5. 5 month long course at Anoka tech landing me a job, as a brake operator (shortly leading to a set up position) at assurance manufacturing.
Precision Sheet Metal and Shop math complition.
Started as a press brake operator and worked my way to set ups very quickly with many compliments from the workers and supervisors that trained me.
