Passionate Personal Trainer with experience training clients in individual, buddy and small group settings. Love fitness and learning new things about how to make the body healthier and live a better daily lifestyle. Have been working out and around sports all my life so i know firsthand how important using proper lifting techniques, being hydrated, and having a good, stable nutritional diet is. Have also been around injuries and have had a few myself, so i also know what can happen if these important things are ignored. Know that with the knowledge of fitness and health and wellness i will be able to assist others in achieving their everyday fitness goals so others can live their lives healthy, happy and at the best of their abilities. That's what the goal and hope is.
