I am currently working as a personal running and wellness coach for adult and student athletes. I enjoy working with all ability levels, from those wanting to start a running or wellness program to athletes attempting to qualify for The Boston Marathon.I specialize in the mental aspect of getting to the next level of fitness.

I have been on the board of The Green Mountain Athletic Association for the last eight years, serving as President for four of those eight years. In my four years as President we increased membership by more than 35%, doubled revenues, launched a new web page that included on-line registration, and branded the club for the first time in its thirty seven year history.

I am currently the race director for The GMAA Green Mountain Marathon and Half Marathon. When I took over as race director the half marathon had been discontinued and it was one of my goals to bring it back within three years. I brought it back the second year.

I am the Event Director for Girls on the Run 5k event held each Spring in Essex, VT.
