I currently cover a very busy OB unit (450-500) deliveries per month. The CRNA's work 24 hour shifts, 2 providers Monday through Friday until 3 pm. Solo provider on weekends.
This is an outpatient ASC Pain and Spine Surgery Center. TIVA and GETA primarily. The majority of the patients are elderly, morbidly obese, multiple comorbidities, opioid dependent, chronic pain issues and ASA 1-4 status.

Per Diem CRNA ENDOSCOPY outpatient center. EGD's and Colonoscopies. MAC sedation
Per diem CRNA in busy Endoscopy clinic, EGD's and Colonoscopies, rapid turnover, 15-20 cases per day, 4 rooms.
Independent contractor OB CRNA 48 - 72 hour shifts 1-2 times per month.
Staff CRNA in high risk OB, Team model, close MD supervision
Relief CRNA in Main OR. Orthopedics, General, GYN, OB, IV sedation, MAC cases for ASA 1-3 patients
