I have been working for the last three months as an FNP for LHI. I conduct various disability exams on veterans and provide various medical opinions. With this job, i also order various diagnostic testing to render or validate various medical diagnoses. Prior to becoming a FNP, I had an extensive career as a registered nurse. I have had a great experience as a Registered Nurse experience in delivering comprehensive patient care. Service-oriented and hardworking with over 20 years of experience. I have acquired advanced skills in working with diverse patient populations. I demonstrate the ability to foster relationships and coordinate with healthcare professionals to advance patient care. Well-versed in offering evidence-based, therapeutic care for patients dealing with chronic and acute diabetic, venous, arterial, and pressure ulcers. A collaborative and motivational leader with expertise in training new nursing staff while providing top-notch service to all patients.
I have recently graduated with my Master of Science in Nursing Degree. In addition, I have passed my certification exam with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. I now am desiring employment as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I look forward to growing, developing and excelling in this new career. I know I will be a great benefit and asset to the advance practice nurse organization.
