Succeeds in overseeing the enlistment of more than 150 applicants into the US Navy which resulted in NTAG Rocky Mountain meeting its yearly mission mandated by the Chief of Naval Operations.
Directly Supervised 15 Sailors in daily intelligence gathering, reporting, and maintenance operations. Expertly Operated and maintained SSEE INC-F communications and signals intelligence collection and exploitation system. This resulted in 100% operational-ready status to complete mission tasking. Selected as Anti-Terrorism Training Supervisor to qualify Sailors to stand armed security patrols. Implemented curriculum, trained, and qualified more than 200 Sailors in armed sentry and security reaction force. Resulted in a 100% certification rate ensuring proper manning of each security shift.
Coordinated teams of five to eight Navy and civilian personnel in the installation, operational testing, certification, and troubleshooting of multiple Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP) signals and communications intelligence collection and exploitation systems for Naval combatants afloat. Led complete installations of more than 30 CCOP systems onboard 17 Navy ships which resulted in them being 100% mission ready for deployment in combat theaters of operation.

The course focuses on the effective use of tactical communication, recognition of basic improvised explosive devices, terrorist threats and capabilities, and the duties and principles of Naval armed sentry or security reaction force members.
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to perform operational procedures on various secure
communication systems; describe the theory and operations of secure communication systems; support, understand, and perform preventative maintenance associated with secure communication systems; and isolate a fault and perform repair procedures on secure communication systems.
