Helix Electric Salt Lake City, UT, Assisted drill rig operator with getting augers on and off drill rig, as well as directed them to exact specifications of where caissons were to be drilled. Measured depth of caisson holes. Used skid steer, and front end loader to move spoils away from drilled caisson holes, and operated other heavy equipment as needed. Assisted drill rig operator in getting casing into ground to keep dirt from sloughing off and filling caisson holes. Poured concrete into caisson holes, and finished concrete. Arranged and stored materials, machines, tools and equipment. Cut materials to specified sizes for installation using power saws. Transported materials, tools and machines to, and from job sites. Built and disassembled bracing and barricades, Cleaned all construction areas to avoid hazards, Mixed mortar, plaster and grout according to standard formulas, completed outdoor residential and commercial construction projects, continually cleaned work areas and equipment, swept, and cleaned shop daily when not on job site. Assisted shop mechanic running parts, completed preventative maintenance on company vehicles, and equipment, took inventory of shop supplies. Some pipe welding, fabricating, and painting new equipment. Loaded and unloaded trailers with crane or forklift.
