I have worked in long-term care facilities since the year of 2009. I have done many job descriptions while working in a long-term care facility. I cared for my residence first on the level of being a CNA I also was helping the facility with ward clerk responsibilities. As a CNA I learned to be a compassionate caregiver and my job task was focused around assisting residents with activities of daily living. As a ward clerk there I was responsible for medical records filing communications with doctors and tracking medical records. I realize my passion for the healthcare system and decided that I wanted to go to nursing school I graduated with a practical nursing license in 2017. I'm a fast learner I'm dedicated and compassionate and have developed great communication skills from working with families over the past 11 years. I'm very excited to learn new aspects of nursing in the healthcare system as a whole. I feel like I could be an asset to your company because I'm open to collaboration I'm strong enough to work independently I'm a fast learner to adapt the procedures and policies of your specific company. I'm excited to begin a New step in healthcare.
