    Year 2008 I received Transportation Security officer of the year award by the Federal security Director.

    Received cash bonus awards for work performances numerous times through the years.

    Mid-year 2013 prevented a security breach from happening and received an award. The same year coordinated with multiple law Enforcement officer investigating prohibited items on-board flights. Therefore by demonstrating professionalism while engage with the officers recording names of all parties present and detail information to complete and deliver to management who congratulated me on a good job and awarded me with a certificate of acknowledgment.

    11/2002 to Current Lead Transportation Security officer (LTSO) Aviation Security Management | Havre, MT,

    LeadTransportation Security officer, deterring terrorist acts and having a strong command of presence, inspecting flying public check-in baggage, boarding passes, passengers entering the secure-side of the airport performing full body pat-downs walk through metal detectors. Screening baggages for explosive devices and prohibited items all while incorporating good customer service by directing passengers to various gates, terminal, etc. Maintaining a clean safe working environment and reporting any suspicious concerns to the supervisor on duty. In year 2006 I was promoted to a Lead officer supervising officers and addressing all issues and concerns as it relate to the operation. Making sure officers are fit for duty; and taking or recommending corrective disciplinary actions .Coaching endlessly being a mentor and leading by example. Demonstrating a welcoming attitude and gesture. Monitored access control systems, including CCTV systems. Supervising to ensure Headquarters standard procedures are being performed without using physical restraint and jeopardizing the safety of the officers and all others.     In addition during year 2010 I worked with hiring center as a recruitment job aid, which included attending job fairs. Furthermore being selected by the midway Business center for TSA as a interviewer for the selection of potential Transportation Security officers.


    I occasionally volunteer at Lafayette Chicago Park District as a youth baseball coach.


    In 2008-2010 served on the Local School Council as co-chairman at Dirksen Elementary. I currently serve as a LSC member.
