  • Project Manager – Utilize CAD, Microsoft Projects, and Excel programs. Plan out building modifications, schedule personnel, and contractors, set and monitor budgets for CER’s on large CNC Machines relocation or installations along with other facility projects.   • CNC Maintenance – Perform electrical / mechanical diagnostics on FANUC CNC machines for repair to be performed by either myself or schedule other Maintenance Mechanics. Schedule roof top maintenance as needed which includes roof cleaning of leaves from the roof and gutters. Schedule the cleaning of the entire grounds quarterly, including the parking being lot swept, and all storm drains have their filter socks replaced.
