Provide a full range of consultative services in Human Resources and Talent Development.
Responsible for executing and overseeing HR functions including recruiting, hiring, training, on-boarding, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, workman's compensation, performance review process, and corrective action activities to support all House of Blues Entertainment venues with over 3000 employees in 33 locations nationwide.
Responsible for the management of the entire HR department of 30 team members and 2000 employee population. Managed all training programs, recruitment efforts for all positions, performance management, department budget, safety and risk management, and labor optimization processes.
Developed and carried out training programs encompassing company culture, safety, guest service delivery, efficiency, and policy and procedures for over 2000 full-time and seasonal employees.
