I have a total of 9 years of experience as a GIS Analyst and 2 years as a GIS Manager. As an Analyst, I have assisted in field work and mapping database design and analysis for numerous transportation projects in environmental, civil & utilities projects within the transportation & civil sector. My expertise includes mapping preparation for the following environmental documents: Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, Categorical Exclusions, and Wetland Delineation Reports. In addition I have also been the lead effort in LIDAR data management and development, raster output data sets, DEMs and hydrological watershed modeling projects. My skills and knowledge for GIS is the reason why I was hired as GIS Manager for the City of Pharr. They wanted someone who could develop and maintain a functional GIS program from all of the city's departmental perspectives. Everyone comments on our GIS website and tells me what a great job I have done and I cannot wait to learn and do more. I always want to be the best at my job.
