ENGINEER INTERN
Profile
To Search Masters, The Mechanical Engineering position, which was recently posted by Search Masters is the right fit for me. My experience and qualifications match the job description. I have all of the necessary requirements from the Ohio State University with the College of Engineering. I also have practical experience from several engineering intern positions. My experience at these engineering intern positions includes: Solidworks and Inventor where I have produced over 75 tooling drawing and 30 rubber extrusion dies. Including an entire extruder, molds, and reverse engineered a complicated buffer which shows how I pay attention to detail by not making any mistakes on these drawings. My Experience in the Manufacturing Industry where Engineering is combined with Programming gives me the full scope of Product Development where I show my creativity. One of my best qualities is communicating complex ideas into words everyone around me can understand. I am available for the position and would appreciate it if I could obtain the opportunity to talk about the position further. Regards, Brian Bode Looking for an Engineering position where I can build upon my previous experiences.

The plant was 200,000 sq. ft. and consisted of many presses, gasket presses, and extruders (the addition). Designed fixtures to eliminate the excess flash and also to protect molded parts while they were bead blasted. Completed research such as rubber laboratory testing, updating molding specifications and making Excel spreadsheet databases for products and tooling. Improved Bill of Materials and P Pap for gaskets to properly account for material usage and cost. Scanned a variety of rubber extrusion dies using an Optical Gauging machine and then converted the image into SolidWorks, which was modeled and then converted to extrusion dies.
