  • The data analyst works with the project team on collecting and entering data related to a large, cutting-edge integrated behavioral health and primary care initiative at Catholic Charities’ Institute for the Hispanic Family in Hartford called the “Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).” Interviews clients to collect data for National Outcome Measures (NOMS) and enters data into agency electronic medical record and grant database
