With nearly 5 years of customer service & after winning a black diamond award , I've ambitiously decided to expand my horizon &work on the legal side of the debt settlement industry. Turnbull Law operates in states that prohibit companies like Freedom Debt Relief from offering debt settlement services without attorney representation. Turnbull Law provides similar services as Freedom would , and our goal is to cut debt to a fraction of the price , provide savings , attorney representation & ultimately get our clients debt free! Working in a attorney representative program has allowed me to be more diligent & responsible with the work I provide. With handling legal documents and needing to meeting attorney standards , I had to adjust to provide adequate work & follow correct legal practices. This would range from preparing reports with proper legal documentation so litigation defense could provide legal representations to clients who've been sued, to escalating legal inquires to attorneys for clients who need legal advice. This opportunity has evolved me to be more detail oriented & precise with note taking & recording client conversations & documents into the system. Not only that ,I've also learned new experiences like terminations/client retention . My responsibility is to provide the best education to the client as why debt settlement may the best option due to their financial needs ,that way clients can make the best educated decision on what is the best route to resolve their debt. This experience is imperative to this industry to keep clients engaged to our services, make our brand stand out from the crowd & ultimately allow our company to profit by retaining clients. One other great thing I learned is support emails. I handle inquires clients have via email , which will range from providing settlement updates ,using templates to respond to FAQ's, saving important documents to clients programs , responding to attorney inquires , and making out bound calls to clients when they requests call for assistance on their program. I've strengthened my multitasking & computer skills by incorporating emails into my workload & provide exceptional service via web. Other responsibility's consist of carefully reviewing loan agreements & verify the terms of the loan or credit cards qualify for enrollment into the program, also assist on removing debts from clients programs. Also , delivering program knowledge to ensure clients understand how our services work, as well as general inquires , resolving service & billing issues ,updating new banking account & most importantly providing accurate information on settlement terms & assisting clients with accepting or rejecting structured settlements.
