I am currently employed as Customer Retention Manager with a diverse background in management and customer service. I am dedicated to providing excellent customer service and making operational and procedural improvements and am able to manage a wide variety of customer service issues quickly and efficiently with the client as my best interest at all times . I am a friendly Customer Service Manager with a can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times even if that means doing what is best for the client over my company if it will result in a long term relationship with that client and their loyalty to my business.
From starting out as a member of my companies Telemarketing group to being promoted to Customer Retention Manager withing a years time. Reducing and continuing to reduce the number of canceled client accounts. Retaining the Loyalty and Dedications that many clients have invested and into my company. Increasing the number of accounts for my company by bringing back the clients that have canceled for various reasons and restoring their faith back into our company with much stronger ties than they have in other companies they have dealt with. Investing not only my time at work into my profession, but my personal time as well. Whether it be that I help clients with technical or general questions and concerns after hours by phone, or by coming in early and staying late at work to make sure the conflict I am dealing with gets completed and the client is satisfied and happy with their service and our company.
I started entry level office work as a telemarketing member. I created new Leads and generated minor sales for our sales team. I then furthered in my office duties as being a creative marketing member by taking on the majority of the marketing ideas and developed and implemented programs to maximize customer satisfaction.
