  • Manage the A&M budget tracking for the UAE bottlers.
  • Manage and Handle the Claim Review Process for the bottlers' reimbursements.
  • Lead the year end accrual process for UAE bottlers.
  • Analyze the monthly Asia, Middle East and North Africa (AMENA) marketing spend reports against the plan and previous periods and explain any significant variances to the Controller.
  • Conduct monthly Stock Reconciliations for the UAE bottlers ensuring all significant variances are accounted for and submit the reports to the FP&A team for the monthly close.
  • Lead the AP process for the Gulf markets by matching invoices for payment and verifying them against purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Ensure AP invoices are accurate, properly coded and has necessary approvals as per company policy and authorize them for payment.
  • Manage the SAP budget set up and amendments and ensure that proper GL codes and WBSs are assigned to all spending transactions as per the black-swan classification.
  • Lead quarterly A&M budget reconciliations between SAP and Skelta.
  • Support the MENA FOBO (Middle East and North African Franchise Owned Business Operations) Controller in building Cash Flow assumptions by providing accurate and timely A&M payments forecasts.
  • Coordinate between Marketing, Franchise and FOBO Controls to ensure timeliness in FOBO Control Deliverables.
