2015 - Brought in savings of over $18,000 in less than 6 months by working with tax vendor to use different process in filing amendments. Prior process was costly and inefficient.
2014-2015 Implemented Workday HCM 1/1/15, worked directly with payroll team and consultants to discuss processes. Streamlined tax processing with vendor and developed current processes in place to keep systems balanced.
2013-2014 - Consulted with large pharmaceutical company, and internally assisted in implementations to outsource tax filing, check printing, and garnishments. Also worked with documentation on current payroll processes to create more efficient and workable documents.
2011-2012 - worked with organization on large data transparency project, including leading the review and design of payroll and time and attendance systems, as well as project plan to review new HRIS/Timekeeping systems that could provide better reporting metrics for management and create better efficiencies from current process.
Manage company payroll tax issues and filing process utilizing ADP Tax and Financial Services, and process through life cycle of new HRIS System implementation (Workday), assist with new project and provide backup support as needed.
Using SAP HCM, processed biweekly and weekly payrolls ranging from 1500 to 15,000 employees utilizing in-house system. Working with SAP HCM, ran reports to review employee data and determine if changes were needed to keep system consistent with corporate policies and procedures. Adhered to ICS controls and requirements for documentation. Worked directly with Payroll Tax Advisor and Interim Payroll Manager on special projects relating to company audits or information requests, as well as with acquisitions and tax account issues.
15222 Managed payroll for over 2000 employees for 40 locations using ADP Workforce Now HRIS for payroll, time and benefits processing. Worked with Canada and US payroll processing and data management.
