  • For the first time in Walmart CX, introduced 2 step approach for store targets/goals ( Threshold and desired state) to solve the problem of stagnation of growth in CX scores. The model takes into consideration demographics, geography information, store attributes, shrinkage/theft and store past performance to determine achievable targets for store managers.
  • For first time in Walmart, created org wide dashboards that at peak was used by around 10 to 15K users (store and home-office both) on weekly basis to track CX performance scores against targets. Dashboard also provided self service capabilities for more advanced analytically savvy users, where one can perform RCA on CX to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate with tech team to transition survey data and dashboards from business database to enterprise data-lake on HDFS/hive.
