Lead and supervise the concierge team to ensure they offer the best customer service, knowledge and assistance to guests.
Assist guest with mail, packages, and all inquiries Answers inquiries pertaining to all provided services, registration of guests and knowledge of shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs.
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
