Accurate collections of specimens from patients to identify the potential for adverse drug reactions. Provided emergency food assistance through the CAF Food Pantry to individuals who do not qualify for the Self Sufficiency Project due to inability to seek employment, i.e.disability. Assisted with verifying individuals and family food voucher availability for restrictive diets to purchase foods from local grocers. Volunteered 24hours a month on behalf of CAF at Second Harvest Food Bank to ensure CAF would have the allotted hours need to shop at the Second Harvest Food Bank. Ensured the pantry is stocked while adhering to FDA rules and regulations for food storage and distribution. Responsible for spearheading the process of soliciting and gathering voluntary contributions i.e.. money, door prizes, food and other resources for CAF sponsored Job Fair 2013. Successfully requested donations from businesses, charitable foundations, or governmental agencies. via telephone, face to face and email. Through dedication and hard work we received donations from over 40 business in the Charlotte region, making CAF Job Fair 2013 a great success.
