Assist families with emergency food baskets, utility assistance, baby supplies, and rental assistance and clothing vouchers.
Responsible for  pre-screening clients and making sure all proper documentation is attached to pre-applications for further processing and approval.
Assisted office manager with bank deposits and petty cash reconciliations.
Data entry for in-kind and cash donations, sent out monthly thank you letters to donors.
Assisted in the thrift store as a back room sorter, cashier and stock clerk.
Responsible for linking patients with appropriate community resources, and assisting patients with applying for and enrolling in Prescription Assistance Programs, a process that includes initiating and completing appropriate forms, documents and applications.
Coordinates appointments for patients with other providers as directed by physicians, coordinates transportation to appointments when necessary.
Responsible for maintaining records of activities including documentation of prescription fulfillment, copy and release of patient records, communicating status of prescriptions to physicians and clinic nurse, tracking and anticipating need for prescription refill orders.
Responsible for documenting, preparation and sending of medical record reports requested by outside agencies/medical offices.
Responsible for accurately and appropriately documenting messages and medical clinic information on in electronic medical records system.
Assisting with monthly reports.
Assisting in initial patient registration, arranging and scheduling clinic appointments, answering phones.
