I have great experience working in the financial banking industry. From 1978 to 1989 I was with First Federal Savings and LoanAssociation of Bakersfield. Upon leaving I was the Retirement Accounts Specialist for 6 branches. From 1991 to 1998 and then again from 2004 to 2007 I worked for Bank of America. In the first role I was the FSR for the branch. In the second roll I was a teller/merchant teller. Currently, effective September of 2015, I am employed by Bank of America as a Client Service Representative. I am an enthusiastic employee who leads branch staff in exceeding sales goals while delivering excellent customer service. I am interested in promoting to management with Bank of America. I feel that I have great experience and skills that have developed over the years that will help me to be a great asset here in working with a team to achieve goals and win for the bank!

Collect payments and prepare daily bank deposit and balance to receipts.
Assist Walk in customers with policy issues and refer to agent when needed.
Help clients by phone and assist them with questions regarding policies.

Daily follow up for all agents to be sure paperwork is complete, documented and filed.
