Client Processing Specialist , 2009 - Current
Fm Global Frisco, TX, Client Facing Corporate and Investment Banking Client Service and Operations in Trade Management for Domestic and International Clients.  This includes but is not limited to Global and Domestic trade Settlement, Domestic trade processing, reporting, reconciliation and client service.

Work Flow Coordinator or Team Lead for Trade Management group under Associate organizational umbrella.  Additional responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise for the team and department, team mentoring, LEAN problem solving champion, and team event coordination.  Crossed trained and able to provide back up coverage for all clients our team is responsible for, as well as additional back up coverage throughout the department.

ETF (Exchange Traded Funds) Client Service and Operations for numerous Domestic and International clients.  Responsibilities include Global and Domestic trade settlement, monitoring, processing of Create and Redeem baskets which include trades and cash. Additionally; Corporate Action advisement, monitoring and processing are included.

Delivery/Aftermarket Sales Consultant.  Promoted to new position of Aftermarket Sales Consultant.  Personally responsible for generating $25,000-35,000 monthly additional revenue for a dealership consistently ranked in the top 10 nationwide for sales volume. 

Added responsibility of expanding Honda and aftermarket accessory sales to customers after purchase of their new vehicle.
