Directs and coordinates the activities of the Director and Deputy Director's staff composed of US Military, Contractors and DA Civilians. Leads, directs, integrates, synchronizes, coordinates and supervises the staff to provide maximum support to the Major Element Leads, and to every organization that is critical to development of the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon. Ensure proper coordination, resourcing, and integration of actions and activities between US Army Headquarters Staff, FCOE, SMDC, PEO M&S, US Navy, and the Missile Defense Agency. Assist in the planning, coordination, execution, integration, and training, in support of developmental and delivery of the LRHW.

Chief Operations / US Army- Long Range Precision Fires CFT - Fort Sill, , OK08/2018 - 05/2020

Responsible for maintaining situational awareness in order to exercise professional judgment, initiative, and executive leadership while directing, coordinating and representing the Director, LRPF-CFT. Assist in ensuring the LRPF-CFTs Line of Efforts are within cost, schedule, and performance in all phases of the materiel acquisition life cycles to include development, testing, qualification, acquisition, fielding, product improvement, and sustainment of the system. Responsible for assessment of activities, events and actions affecting the operations of the LRPF-CFT.

Chief Field Artillery Proponent Office / US Army, Fires Center of Excellence - Fort Sill , OK05/2016 - 05/2018

Responsible for planning, initiating, integrating and coordinating specific actions for, or directed by the Chief of the Field Artillery. Directed the proponent office through the management of all aspects of the eight lifecycle functions of the personnel management model. Provides advice, assistance, plans and implementation of personnel management policies, programs and procedures which impact the readiness of the Field Artillery Force of over 24,000 total Officers, Warrant Officers, Noncommissioned Officers and Enlisted Soldiers. Coordinate between the Officer and Enlisted Personnel Management Division and the Fires Center of Excellence. Promotes special programs to ensure the morale and esprit-de-corps of the branch. Supervises a nation wide comprehensive cadet recruiting program to encourage the very best ROTC cadets to join the Field Artillery. Lastly, executes leader development to grow individual and organizational capacity.

Deputy Director / US Army, Department of the Inspector General - Washington, DC05/2013 - 05/2016

Provides operational and administrative support to a multi-disciplinary directorate of Inspectors General who inspect, assess, teach, train and report issues that affect world-wide Army readiness, discipline, morale, training and quality of life. Assists Division Chief, Team Leaders and Operations officers in the development of inspection concepts, objectives, and methodologies. Reviews inspection documents and reports for clarity, accurateness and completeness prior to submission to The Inspector General and Secretary of the Army. Integrates actions across Directorate, to enhance Division visibility and ensure mission accomplishment. Manages the Directorate operating budget, maximizes resources, and conducts teach and train with all new inspectors.

Battalion Commander / US Army, First Army Division - Edinburgh, IN09/2011 - 05/2013

Responsible for the training, readiness, moral, discipline and welfare of Soldiers assigned to the battalion. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing FORSCOM directed post-mobilization ground collective training for deploying National Guard and Joint Service Warriors. Responsible for readiness oversight, lanes training, and evaluation of mobilized and joint services units. Responsible for ensuring battalion meets all required taskings and suspense's from higher headquarters. Responsible for the mentorship and development of all assigned officers and senior NCOs. Develops and sustains strong, supportive relationships with leaders throughout Division East.
